Shipping & Returns


Hand Built Clubs

All our custom clubs are hand built in the USA by master club builders. That does mean we need 5-10 working days to properly build, cure and inspect your clubs before shipping. If you order an expedited service, we will ship on that service after that assembly period. That means that if you ordered an Overnight service, for example today, it may not ship until next week, but when it does, it will go on the Overnight service.

US Based Shipping

We offer free ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states on orders over $75.

Shipping is with USPS or FedEx depending on the size of the item.

Shipping time varies based on where you are in the country. Add your items to the cart and you can preview your estimated delivery dates.

We also offer various expedited shipping options. These are additional, and you see the prices for these in the cart and/or checkout pages.

Canadian Shipping

We have daily shipments going to Canada. Add the items to your cart, and you'll be quoted a delivery fee. We use FedEx International Economy; this is generally a 2-3 working day service.

The price quoted includes all duties, taxes and fees, with the product delivered to your door.

International Shipping

In addition to Canada, we can ship to many other countries in the world. You'll be provided a quote for shipping in checkout. PLEASE NOTE - there may be additional duties or fees to pay.


We know sometimes things aren't exactly as you expect, and you'll have to return an item.

We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the item. The item must be new and unused

If there is something we've done wrong (i.e. wrong item, a fault with the product), then we cover the cost entirely.

If it is simply because you don't like it or ordered the wrong item (i.e. you ordered right handed instead of left handed), then we split the cost - we cover the cost of the postage to you initially, and you cover the postage back to us.

Returns can be initiated from your order history page if you created an account; if not, you can simply reply to your confirmation email as that will ensure we have all the information we need.

We cannot accept returns on any custom fit or custom built items.

Once an item is back, we aim to process it within 2 working days, but during busier periods, please allow us up to 5 working days. Refunds can take up to 5 days to appear back on your card/account.
